How it was at Kids Criterium 2017

The coolest cycling race for children, Kids Criterium, was first held last year on May 27, being called Kids Velo Day. In spite of the cloudy and windy weather, hundreds of small sports amateurs gathered in the Great National Assembly Square. In each race the emotions reached the limit, as in real races for adults, and the winners were determined on the last hundred meters.

 The winners of the two-wheeled bike race in the 6-8 year old category, 400 meters, were the boys Madan Daniel, Sceastlivîi Vladimir and Cornea Victor, and the girls Nazarenco Ecaterina, Rentiuc Veronica and Grubneac Polina. The first in the 9-11 year old category, 800 meters, were the boys Popa Igor, Pantiru Adam, Tretiacov Maxim, and the girls Vasilache Valeria, Mironova Ana and Gumenaia Chira. The winners in the 12-13 ani year old category, 1200 meters, were the boys Andronachi Ionatan, Grubneac Anton, Arhip Victor, and the girls Tabîrța Iulia, Halupa Valeria and Ionița Lori.

 This year, Kids Criterium by Naturalis is due on May 12, starting 11:00, in the Great National Assembly Square.
