Chisinau Criterium organizers held the first meeting with volunteers
On the 5th of October, the first meeting took place with the volunteers, who will assist during the autumn cycling race Chisinau Criterium of October 11, 2015.
The meeting was attended by about 15 volunteers, who were explained by the organizer of the cycling race, Ekaterina Baklanova, all the details of the organization and conduct of Chisinau Criterium 2015.
The following important points and areas, where the volunteers’ assistance will be needed, were discussed during the meeting:
- route of Criterium and Velo Fun
- registration area: registration of Criterium participants, check of the participants, issuing of the number and the chip
- Velo Fun zone, lottery bracelets issuing
The volunteers have divided among themselves each of these zones, where they will be working during the cycling in these points.
At the end of cycling all volunteers will receive deserved diplomas, issued by the Cycling Federation of the Republic of Moldova.
We remind you that Chisinau Criterium will take place on Sunday, October 11, in the park “Afghans”. Registration starts at 10:00. Race starts at 12:00.
